- Irritated by Rude callerthe person that called me was very rude and hung up on me. When I called her back she was still rude and told me to have a nice day because they were reporting this to the credit bureau and she hung up. This person is rude and so unhappy. I really pity her. Its true what is said "you catch more bees with honey than vinegar". Where can I report this person?

- VERY FUNNYThis so called medical collections company really has NO customer service. Extremely rude and very inconsiderate people. Where in this world did they hire these people. They must be picking them up at hells gate and putting them in a call center. I imagine there place of work to be dark grey walls with no windows and very little light. Possibly not a building at all but a dark alley way somewhere in Hong Kong slums. I only hope that this evil will not manifest itself into society. God bless all of you who have endured there harassment. Don't worry about the bill, they'll end up selling it to another collections company, hopefully a professional collections agency that knows how to collect debts with kindness and extremely good customer service. FYI they "don't have a website to protect there employees". Such crap, most professional collections agencies have such technology so the CUSTOMER not debtor can pay there debt and receive a letter of paid in full the the credit bureaus. Thanks for reading.... Have an awesome day and smile. Because there life sucks.. LMFAO.

- Ticked| 1 replyThis number called me and a Ms Davis left me a voice mail saying that she was from a debt collection agency and she gave my first and last name. I was instantly curious as to what it could possibly be because I've been to a lot of doctors and I've been very good at paying all of my bills. I tried to call them back at that number and was rerouted to voice mail and left a message. I read on here about another number associated with Medical Recovery Systems and called it and was given a list of names and their ext # to push, but no Ms Davis and was put through to a full voice mail. I spent the next 2 1/2 hours calling every medical place that I've gotten a bill from and I was in good standing with all of them. I'm not sure what this is, but as of right now, it's screaming scam to me. Don't set up any payments to these people until you KNOW what it's for.

- BigA replies to TickedYou need to understand that you do not need to do anything but send them a debt validation letter by certified, return receipt mail.
It is incumbent upon them to prove that the debt exists and that you owe it. Not the other way around.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.
Read up on your rights here, get template letters to send and also make a complaint at this government site: http://www.consumerfinance.gov/
Also file a complaint with your State Attorney General's office.

- FURIOUSAs stated above, Ms Davis is extremely rude and unprofessional. This is a collection agency for medical collections. I stated to Ms Davis that my bill had already been paid. Not believing me, she contacted the medical professional while I was on hold. They verified that indeed the bill had been paid and I could disregard her call. As I was saying thank you, she hung up on me. There is no need to be rude to people. They should be reported to the BBB and a local news station so they can have a taste of their own medicine. No one should use this company for collections!

- AmandaI was given this number to deal with a medical bill... When you call the lady answers and says "how can I help you" NO NAME. NO INFORMATION. And to top it off she was so so so rude!! I spoke with her (no name but same lady ---no doubt) twice. The first time just for info, I then called my insurance who has NO RECORD of any of the claims she spoke of. So I called her back and she was NASTY! I have NEVER been treated so poorly... I wish I could find a way to report her or file a complaint... I only wanted information and she refused, constantly interrupted me, insinuated that I was upset because my account was behind (I wasn't, just wanted proper information). I ended up hanging up in her as she was LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE to have a conversation with.
