Called saying I ordered toothbrushes from then and made an account. Never did. Never heard of them. Just sent a long email to them. Very disappointed in their disorganization.

Cybersonic actually is real. We get regular shipments of toothbrushes.

They are real.  They want to update your credit card so they can send you your replacement toothbrush heads.  If you changed banks or have an expired card they send replacements every 3 months.  If you cancel this auto replacement, your lifetime warranty on the toothbrush itself is null.

This is CYBERSONIC they are having trouble meeting the obligation of sending out replacement brushes. They left a recorded message.  I have a CYBERSONIC tooth brush and they have my information. I am one person. I have  many 50 replacement brushes now. I canceled the auto shipments years ago. I had it for over ten years. Now my brush stopped working and the won't replace it. The life time warranty is worthless if you don't keep getting their brushes. They make money on shipping.  I will no longer use them.
