Received message - Says he is from "Universal."  All else is unknown.

I received a call from Damien at 800-776-5151 ext. 1515 calling from Universal.  When I called back, the main number said Corporate Office.

This is a bill collection company and they will harass you.

Received a message from Deborah @ Universal to call ext 1536.
Main number said "The Corporate Office".

The message did not explain why the message was left.

I just recieved a call from Debra or Deborah and requested a call back at 1800-776-5151 ext. 1536.  When I asked for her last name all she gave me was her employee id 2866.  I think this is a zombie collection agency, since a legitimate collection agency representative should have no problem giving you their last name.  
And yes Caller ID was 626-356-7900.

I've made payments to the following and all is legit, for a past hospital bill. Glad to be done with them.
