CALLED, I DIDNT ANSWER...I CALLED BACK NUMBER DIDNT ANSWER. (ALL OF THIS IN ONE DAY)  CALLER CALLED AGAIN TODAY, I DIDNT ANSWER...ANYBODY HAVE ANY  CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER?

EZE is correct.  I called PODS this morning, and this was their return call.

I suggest that "Call Type" list for 800Notes be expanded to include something like "legitimate business call".
I didn't recognize the number, but once I checked it here (after not answering), I realized it was not a 'spam' call.

We are moving from FL to CT and ordered two containers that where delivered on time. Five days later on the pick up date only one container was picked up in the morning around 10:45 , at 5pm I called them to find out when they are coming for the second one and found out that the driver was not experienced enough and that I have to schedule a new date with them. The first unit is sitting somewhere in FL storage ready to go, the other one in my drive way (3 car driveway). Now they have to come in the morning and then find a new truck to deliver them on another date. We where ready to leave town, had hotel reservations that now we have to cancel and book a room in town for tonight and resechudle our flights, rental car and hotel. Not happy, avoid them if you can

Your difficulty with Pods is common and more common. I too, have had numerous difficulties, and still in a process of total confusion. Each time you call them a separate operator starts from scratch and ends up with no solution. Then they call and leave a number but never respond to the call. They will not supply an email as that would be in written form. That scares them as it supports your claims difficulties.

I do receive the call. This is common for Pods. The staff and management are at a loss to conduct business in a  Consumer friendly manner.
