This number will call you from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday through Saturday.  If you answer or not, they continue to call.  I have reported them to DO NOT CALL for harassment. They are rude, pushy and arrogant for someone who makes minimum wage.

I'm getting calls all day and up till 10:00pm on my cell phone.  It rings once.  When I try to call the number back it's always busy.  When I see the number come up on my phone I never answer it.  It drives me crazy.  I don't know how they got my cell number.  I want them to stop calling me.

I keep getting calls from this number as well.  Several calls per hour, I am not late on my payment, nor am I over the limit so why the hell do they call?    I am going to check with my phone company so I can put a block on my phone....   this is insane...    as soon as this card is paid off it's getting cut up and a nasty letter to close my account with them.

These "people" call my sister's home 20 times a day. My sister is in the hospital and we don't know what's going to happen. I have asked these people to quit calling because of the situation, but the evidently don't listen! I've tried to call the number back, but all I get is a busy signal! It's too bad they have to be so nasty during a family crisis like this!

I have been receiving calls ON MY CELL PHONE from 1-800-796-7303 and didn't answer it because I could see it was a 1-800 number and that automatically screams "telemarketer" to me.  When they didn't leave me a message I tried to call them back and could not get through to them.  When I googled the number it led me to this page and I'm hoping this will help stop the calling.

They call my cell phone too....and my home....from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.  What I started to do was this.  When at home I answer the telephone and mute it....until they hang up...after a while they stop because THAT is very aggrating to them.  They say "hello...hello" and I'm laughing my ass off and they can't even hear me.  When they call my Cell and I am in my car....I answer....and Blast the stereo....they hang up.  Try it...it not only works; it's GREAT fun.  :o)

I've only been a customer of Credit one for about 10 days and already going to file complaints with BBB. Plus, I have Pre-Paid Legal and considering getting my attorney on their [***].

Now they charge $8.95 to pay online btw as of June 08 anyway. I paid them $300 on the first bill online even before my first paper bill came in the mail today for a due date of june 30.

I paidthem 3 days ago online and it posted on my bank account the next day. Yet Credit One Bank says my payment won't post until the 16th [one full week later!]. This is my first experience with these low-lifes. I've talked to 6 of their 'employees' of which 2 were allegedly supervisors. i needed to use my card before the 16th. So I called them yesterday and they said that if my bank faxed them stating the payment had processed they would 'try' to release the funds in 2-3 hours or 2 days at very latest.

My bank faxed it to them. They either lostthe fax or threw it out, morelikely. So I called them in Las Vegas but my bank was closed for day as I live in Midwest. I was supposedly transferred to a supervisor who acted a bit more professional than the first two gawping, laughing morons who kept lying to me and insulting me.

This 'supervisor' Jesse said to fax it to his fax number and then he'd 'personally' take it to the correct department. I told him my bank was closed for the day. He said to do it next day [today]. I called my bank again to have it re-faxed to this other fax number with the info that he stated which was just that my bank had it processed.

Several hours after it was faxed I called back and eventually got a different 'supervisor. This, I hate to say person cuz the guy was the absolute rudest individual (& I'm a paramedic and I've dealt with many a rude person when they are sick or not feeling well.)

I was playing video games at the time so my time didnt matter so much but we literally were on the phone for 54 minutes! He kept acting like a rude, unprofessional [***]. he kept trying to change the rules as we went along. He said I needed to have my bank fax not only that my payment cleared but also my beginning & ending balance before & after payment. I said Hell No! Aint gonna happen!

So he kept saying well if you dont give us your 'correct information' your funds wont be available until the 16th. He kept saying the other employess did not say it would be 2-3 hours but 2-3 days. He was just being a beligerent [***] saying I was paranoid not to give him my info.

At this point the discussion was going nowhere but I did not have any other pressing issues except my Grand Theft Auto gameat the moment. So I just let him have it. I desended into his name-calling, rude game. I was just so sick of their rude and incompetent assinine backwards unethical business practices. i just cussed him out several minutes.

Then it dawned onto me, how come this jerk was able to spend so much time on the phone with one customer? So I asked him if their company was that low-volume that one person could talk on the phone endlessly with a customer and not even veil an attempt to resolve the issue other tahn an attempt to mine for my data?

At one point I was so mad I asked if the Credit One job description included being a rude, incompetent @sshole. i finally hung up on him when my game got to a convenient stopping point. I know I probably shouldnt cussed him out but this is the absolute worst customer service I've experienced in memory and I'm in my mid 40's.

Then in mid phone call, I had another call come in & they wouldnt identify themselves on my landline but by first name but it seemed like one of those zombie debt collector types that ask for a person by their first name which no one who really knows me even uses my first name. I wondered if it was Credit One starting up with their calls already?

I googled Credit One afterwards and this is the first website to pop up afer their sign-in site. that should say a lot!

I just received a call form 800 796 7303 since I did not recognized the number, I decided to look it up on the internet before returning the call.  The number in which the call came is fairly new, so there is no reason for collector to call.  I am glad I did not return the call.  I would like to thank all the people who have posted here and special the individual who setup this site.  Hopefully the caller will stop calling if I completely ignore the calls.

Fill out a Form 1088 from the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm), it only takes a few minutes and it may do some good.  After receiving four abandoned calls yesterday I called Credit One trying to get off their list, to no avail.  I did ask for a written copy of the Credit One Do Not Call policy and I was refused.  My next step is going to Small Claims Court to see if I can in fact get some satisfaction from these idiots.

Oh, and for the record, I do not now or ever have had an account with Credit One so there is absolutely no reason for them to be calling me.

They call my cell phone (Cingular) and I have never given them my number. If this continues I will be more than happy to blast my son's trumpet in the receiver. Let's fight back. If they want to bug us, let's make it an unpleasant experience for them. Those people need to get real jobs.

Credit one is calling. i argued with them who they were first before i can tell them who i am.  though i am not the one they are looking for, they they hung up before i can complain about the wrong number.  next time, i will act as if i am that person and ask them how they got my cell phone.  this has to be illegal cause i am not even related to the person they are asking for.  Everyone should pretend to be the person they are looking for to get more info.  ignoring them just leads to more calls

    Use the TCPA
Yo man. Use the TCPA to sue these jerks. The TCPA is 47 USC 227. That is federal law. This law prohibits them from calling you on a wireless phone unless you gave that same number to them in the original credit app. Mostly that is not the case. Dont let them call and harass you. Look up NACA.net attys and sue these losers!!!!!!
