Company Credit One calls for a month 5-9 times/day. Call 18007974299 to tell them to remove your number. In my case I just told them it was someone else's debt(which was true), but I assume you can say the same and they will remove your number from call list as well.

This collection agency has no regards for the credit card holders, calling extensively and non-stop. It does not keep track of their current customer contact info and leave people who are entirely detached from the issue completely flabbergasted and annoyed at the full force and fury of the credit agency infrastructure. It provide no assistance with regards to dispute resolution (eg: no call back number with a live operator, access requires SSN and credit card number), and are just plain simple [***].

[***] you capital one, stop trying to sign people on your "financial freedom" credit card package [***], then you won't have to spam call EVERYONE for your [***] problem.

She stated that "THIS WAS NOT A BUSINESS CALL"  I asked her once again, what her name was and who she was with.  I got a pen and papper and asked her once again. But she hung-up-the phone on me.

10 times per day at my place of employment

I get calls all day long. The phone only rings once and then they hang up, or if it rings the full 4 times they never leave a message,

Getting these calls twice a day, and like everyone else, no one says a thing when I do answer, and whenever I try to call the number, it's busy.

I just started getting calls form this number a couple of weeks ago asking for someone named "Margarit".  I have NEVER met a "Margarit".  Despite repeated requests to stop calling and to remove my number from their list, the calls continue, even after them telling me things like "it's a computer generated list, and I don't know who I'm talking too" and "your number will be removed after our system resets on Midnight, Sunday Night".  

3 calls so far today.  As far as I can tell, the more I [***], the more they call.

I also just received a call from them, ON MY WORK PHONE which I do not give out, it is also a new phone so there is no reason any of my creditors should have the number. Here's the problem--- My boyfriend's car payment IS past due, but that's not my fault and he's not through ANY of the companies listed above for his car (credit one, HSBC, Bank One) so here's the question WHO'S NUMBER IS THIS? WHAT COMPANY? AND WHY THE FX AREN'T THOSE HEAD DOT CURRY EATING AMERICAN JOB STEALING OUTSOURCED [***] at the VERY least leaving A FXING MESSAGE!??!?!??!!!?

I just found something out and it confirmed some of the reports above.
Turns out you can call these 'credit one' [***] back and harass them right back. It's what I intend to do. If sh!tty worthless corrupt unethical corporations in the united states think they can give our PERSONAL CREDIT INFORMATION and BILLING INFORMATION to overseas annoying-as-hell indiana/phillipino call centers then I will increase their labor cost by calling THEM and harassing THEM, OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER!!!

These people have been calling my home phone at 7:40 am everyday for the past week. My husband has a card with them and the bill was due on the 9th. I was going to pay it online that day but they wanted to charge his card 5.95 to pay online, so I mailed it to them. Should have just payed the fee and avoided late fees and early calls that wake the baby. I just think that charging for online payment is stupid!!!!!!! Not to mention he would have to pay interest on that fee!!!!!!

1-800-796-7303 has called me frequently over the last couple of weeks, asking for "Samuel".  I told them twice there is no Samuel at this number but they keep calling back.  I just reported this to my state (PA)Attorney General's office.  If everyone who gets these calls would do the same we might get an investigation started and put a stop to this nonsense.

they called my work one time..i had absolutly no idea how they got my number b/c the previous day i told them i had no job....[***]...

Credit One Bank Credit Card is a joke they call constantly when you are late on payment

I have been getting calls from these people multiple times a day for months. they asked me for my number why would they need it if they just called me?

They call me at least 6-7 times a day. When I answer, they either hang up or speak with an accent and you can not understand them. When I call back, the number is always busy.

These calls have been going on for weeks now. I don't know who they are...it started this morning at 7:30 and I have had 4 more since then. No message. I started to just pick up the phone and hang it up when I saw the number on the caller id...then I used my whistle, then the televison very loud. They don't care and I am feeling there isn't anyone on the other end to hear me anyway. How can one get this to stop. I have had more of my fair share of ID theft.

Do we have an Atty. who can stop them?
My cell phone co.(CINGULAR) should not have given out my name.

They keep calling me. Yesterday 3 times. They need to stop. Every time I turn Around this # is on my caller ID
