Got a call on my cell, I did not answer and they did not leave a message. I called the number back and got a person's voicemail after 4 rings.

Called my cell. Did not pick up and no voicemail was left.

Got a call on my cell on 2-27-15 at 5:17 pm.  I did not answer.  I do not answer calls I cannot identity.

  Received call 3/3/15 at 12:30 PM, was on phone.  No message left.

left mess saying is was IRS saying there is a lawsuit against us..think it is bs

Clearly a scam. A big story on CBS News about it.
