Called, left very long "silent" voicemail.  Why do they bother?

Call and left a silent voicemail, when I called back they said the person was not accepting calls.....

Calls several times a day ...never leaves a message. Does anybody with a product to sell really think this is a good way to market it?
Oh yeah ..sure call them enough times to really piss them off ...great way to market your wares! IDIOTS !
I really think there should be a "do call list" instead of a do not call list, let those that want these calls reester to recieve them ...leave the rest of us alone we are not interested in being hounded by your computers!
