I got a phone call from 800-797-7167 they said they were shine health care,and they were calling to help me with my medical condition,they told me that they got my phone# from a pain management source,so I went along with what he told me (he being sean) he knew enough about me and my medical condition so it sounded legitiment,so I placed the order with him,I wrote a check to SHINE HEALTH CARE and was told to fax a copy of my check to shine health care and to give the original check to the ups driver when I recived my order,he told me it would take 5 days,I never got my order and they debited my account and they changed the spelling of my name and changed make payable to SMART WORLD SOLUTIONS INC. The fax number I faxed the copy of my check to is 702-974-1602

I received a call from 91205 (not a full number) but they gave me 800-797-7167 as their customer service number. I was told the same thing but i gave him the check # over the phone and they said it would take 12 days. 25 dayss later I am out $400.00 and no medication.

Same thing happend to me I was out $329.  Two months later I get a call from a company called UCB asking for a check to be faxed to them for my medication.  I asked for their phone number and fax number they gave me a new phone number 877-794-7685 and a new fax number 678-302-9316.  I went to my old records and called the 800-797-7167 and they said that they were UCB... I told them that they had taken my money and I was going tor report it to the FBI.  Do not send faxes with your checks on them!!!
