This number is located in the Orlando FL area and is nothing but a scam. When calling you are given 3 options; Sales, Billing or Cust Support. All of these options go to another recording identified as the sales department. Do not bother with this search engine startup company. They are not legit. Above all else do not give them credit card or bank account numbers.

I too received this call, but I work at a hosting company. I have still never heard of them.

I keep getting calls from these people.  I've never heard of them.  Since my numbers are on the Do Not Call registry, I filed a complaint with the FCC at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

Left an automated message saying my new website is Search engine ready.

they called 2 days ago, called again today - same message - my new website needs search engine optimization and they have the way to do it... call them back with the promo code that's due to expire. This time, the recorded voice was much more insistent & warned me this was my last warning! Anyone listening to the message would think I was a deadbeat & this was my last chance to pay up... the tone was really insulting... the Do Not Call list is a joke!

2 recorded messages same as described above. I filed a complaint at donotcall.gov as well.

A google search for this number turns up americanwebcompany.net (as of today, only viewable by clicking the cache link next to the search result.) Looks like they're already trying to cover their tracks.

Yes I have gotten two calls from Search Engine Startup with some offer of a promo code.
