I've been receiving calls from various toll free numbers, all which seem to point back to Allstate Insurance. Confirmed this when I answered a call from 800-813-0937.

I keep getting calls from this number too. I think allstate is trying to sell their "AAA"-type plan. Unfortunately they don't realize that they shouldn't be calling cell phones.

The 2 numbers listed below apparantly enjoy calling me during the workday or during dinner.  If that isn't bad enough, they insist on calling over and over opposed to leaving a message.  I'll pick up next time and report back, unless I see the number, lose my composure and slam my phone onto something that offers no give.

received a call from this number this morning at 8am. No message left.

Get the calls at work once a week, I say "hello" to no answer for about 40 seconds, then they finally say "hello" back. Very annoying.

Called today. I said hello. No answer, Breathed into phone twice then hung up.

800 813-0937. they called again from a new number, I have repeatedly told them I am not interested in their roadside assistance plan. When I ask them to send me information on it, they refuse to and give some shallow reasoning that this is only being offerred for a limited time... BS!

we recently switched insurace to Allstate,if I'd known they have the right to telemarket us to death I wouldn't have.

They call, they leave no message on the answering machine, ID only shows 800-813-0937, no business name is given.  Isn't this illegal?  They can't just call you and call you and call you and leave no message, that's harrassment.

I get calls from them & I already have their roadside assistance!

got call today...sold their premium elite plan which is "free" to try for one month

Just got the call.  I no longer accept toll-free calls and YOU CANNOT BLOCK CALLER ID'S MADE TO 800/866/ETC.  THEY WILL KNOW WHO CALLED.  I no longer use a monopoly based phone.  It costs a little more, but my calling record is much more secure than ATT/Sprint/Qwest/Monopoly- they actually sell your calling records to Marketers and Collection Agencies.
Funny though, I do have Allstate, but don't need to be pressured into buying more via the "So, I'll just sign you up",- me-"No I don't want or need that!"...repeat..repeat...repeat, "Now you're wasting my time!  I already have everything I want and if you do sign me up..."

received a call, no message and when I called back its just a recording. Its ridiculous, I've already told them I dont need roadside assistance plenty of times.

This number has called me several times over the past few days and I'm sure I'll get more. Never any response when I answer either.
