    I went to Regions Bank. The number is legitimate and from the Mortgage Collections Department.  The branch manager where I bank called it. They could not explain why they should be calling us, because we have never had a mortgage at Regions Bank. She emailed their supervisor and informed them that they are never to contact us again. We've had no more calls.
