Given the conversation I just had with this number, I assume it's a collection agency.
They asked for someone who hasn't been here in like 4 years, and when I told her that, she was like, "Oh, is this a WORK number?!?!"
I told her that it was, and she said, "oh, well, I'll take this out of our system."

So, I'm assuming debt collector, though she never identified herself or her company.

I think it was a fund raiser for Hillary trying to relive the past 18 months of scamming the fine folks of this fine country.
