can anyone tell me who 800-817-5106 is from they keep calling and saying this is amanda and to return the call but give no company name or reason.

just some bootleg collection company for title loans is what it is.

It is Ace Cash Express "collections" has called once a week for months and leaves a message with an extension that goes nowhere. Today was the first day that a real live person answered the phone and said that they were looking for my husband - we DO NOT frequent such establishments, and apparently with good reason - finally verifying with her that it wasn't my husband that she was looking for - and she got cranky, maybe b/c she's exhausted form being a royal b&%$h all day every day - but another man by the same 1st and last name but different middle name - they couldn't even look up to make sure they had the right person they were just going down the white pages of last names - not really a bunch of crack detectives are these high school dropouts though b/c it took me exactly 49 seconds to google the other dudes name and find him. Maybe if Ace Cash Express put a tiny more effort into hiring their personnel and then double-checking their intended target name they wouldn't have the skeezy reputation they have. *** tip though - they might actually leave you alone if you can get them to stop talking over you and hanging up on you long enough to verify some simple info.

Keep calling and asking for "Melvin" no last name,  Don't identfy themself or company.   Apparently don't  listen to message on the phone as I identfy meself and the govt agency I work for and they keep calling (after hours) for "Melvin."   Call back number says enter my item number or SSAN....yeah sure.

caller was calling from 520-441-8989 (Tucson) & asked me to call Ace Cash Express @ 800-817-5106;  evidently a bill collector looking for someone else.

I can veify that it is ACE Cash.
