It's Bank of America's FICA card services calling about delinquent credit

FIA Card Services (Bank of America Subsidiary) calling about delinquent payment.

This is not FIA Card Services, even if they say they are. Do not give them any information. It is a phishing scam to get your credit card number or your bank account numbers.

Got a VM call from them instructing me to call back about a credit card. But when I called they asked for my account number which I did not provide. I did give them my cell phone number but it wasn't in their system!

called from 866-913-8362 several times, but rarely leaves a message. this number was the callback number given.

BofA said it is a fraudulent call- they had info on name. Do not provide info and call the number on the back of your card to report the phishing scam.

Like the others, I contacted my bank and they too verified it is not associated with BofA. The number that came in on the caller ID was 800-310-5587. She claimed her name was Cela Merris (sp?). It was odd (and this caused the red flag alert) that she asked I call back at 800-821-6247.

Received a call from 800-821-6247 with the caller representing BOA and started out asking for my address. I refused and told them that I would call them back. I believe it's a fraudulent call.

Received call from this number, caller was not professional, asking my identity like DOB, etc. I did not give any information, if he is calling to my cell phone, he should know who am I, why should I provide my information. I took his contact number and told him that call you later.

They call and say it is a servicing matter.  They ask for your account number.  it is a scam!

100% phishing scam. Bank of America confirmed today 9/14/16

This is bank of America....from customer rep Marilyn King. I called the number back and an indian guy answered asking for social security #. I told him HELL No. and hung up. 1-800-821-6247.  And they said they were open until 12 am est.  Sounds fishy and total scam.

called and asked the exact same thing! I wouldn't give any info.

This is Bank of America....from Troy Osman. Called from 520-833-5113 w/ caller ID of Bank America. Return call for information on Bank of America.  Researched found out it was a Verizon Cell Phone.  They said they were open until 12 am.  Sounds fishy and total scam. Must return call to 800-821-6247.

Claimed they couldn't look up my account number and then kept delving for more information including my DOB (damn!) They had one phone number and got additional phone because I called them back on a different phone. Damn! They had an old charged off debt to make themselves sound legit, but couldn't provide any information to me to verify they were who they said they were. They gathered more from me (damn!)

This is a fraudulent call---this is NOT Bank of America.

Originally calling from 800 544 4882, James Martin claims to be from BoA needs me to call back to this number about a business matter of my account.

To the scammers: You have the quality (balls and dedication), why not use it to find a legitimate job and do some good deeds.  When your mindset is service to self instead of others, no amount of money and material will fulfill the bottomless pit in your mind (which you can't even take with you when you die, after hurting many).  Listen to your heart and the invisible angel on one side of your shoulder (what's morally right), not your ego or the voice of the devil on the other side of your shoulder.  We all have the choice to choose our own paths and actions, taking the ones that do not create suffering for others is always recommended, as the negative entities feast on fear and suffering energies.  You have the power to end your own fear and suffering, this is as good of a time as ever to start.
