Caller called me . His name was Daniel. He said that i had to fix the computer and wanted money . He was trying to sell me a 2 year Plan at $149. Stay away from them. Computer 360 tech is a scam. They threatened me to lock my computer if i didn't pay them

I was called by some Daniel and he asked me to pay him $500 after taking my computer's access. He threatened me to steal my account information if i didn't pay him any money. They are a scam.

Im in home repair. Total scam! They hijack the pc and password protected it.

On 3-19-18 I paid them $ 399.99 Services @ Computer 360.Tech Say: No I would like to know how I can get my money refunded

Couldn't get my e-mail and they ( Frank ) said that $39.99 they would fix the problem!  Never send money.... Scam scam scam!

Scam, that's all I have to say!  Who is on these scammers? Any prosecutions?

Be hard to prosecute them.  You'd have to find them first.  And they're located in INdia and Pakistan.  Call blocker is your best bet.

Received a call from Denzil Johnson in India. I had not received emails for a week and they said they worked with all service providers. I have AT&T and that they could fix my problem.  I foolishly alloweded them access to my computer.  Their was $299.99 which they lowered to $199.99.  I am out $49.99.  If it happens to you, CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD IMMEDIATELY

How did you pay?  Call your bank or credit card company& file a fraud claim.  Also run malware & spyware programs.  You were dealing with CROOKS who probably put that on your computer.

I wish I had found and read these reviews BEFORE I got hooked. In process of trying to get Visa to correct.

He said his name  was John and he was  going to help me to get my gmail again.  To send him 100.00 $ the great thing it's the the machine was out of order.  Thank god cus I was going to send it.

I got a call from Matt Bester from Tenn. saying there was a warning on my computer...That he worked for Comcast and I needed to clean my unwanted files...He showed me and I was like ok you can clean it...thats when the price was told to me...I said I didn't want to buy that at this time that I didn't have any money...He then asked if I had a credit card or debit card..I said yes but I couldn't pay it cause there was no money in my account....I asked him to send me a bill and was told they had to buy the stuff to put on my computer...I said then don't do anything...He left and all my files were off my screen...I called back and asked him what he did, to put my stuff back...He did something and all of them were back...I then looked up the number and found out it was a scam...I called them back from another phone number and got a different person...I told him I talked to Matt and that I wanted him out of my computer...He told me he wasn't in it...I told him if any thing happened to my files or stuff I was reporting this number....He almost begged my not to...I said I am going to because I found out they were running a scam...So I'm reporting them after talking to Comcast....She checked my Computer and said she didn't see anything...

Scammed me for computer repair  for 2 computers. Called police am calling bank fraud scam chargers to get reversed. It's a weekend so cant do until Monday.

I could not get into my husband's icloud e-mail so I called them listed as Apple Support on-line. Gave them access to my computer, they said they needed all e-mails in order to retreive the password for icloud (scam? why were they even giving me access to my "husband's" account?) I did not give them password. After lots of conversation they said they needed to elevate the problem. Second "higher level" tech scanned my computer and found lots of spyware, malware, and a trojan (scam? I told them I had Trend Micro Security and they said it was out of date - no way, my Trend Micro auto updates and I had the latest version) They asked me if I wanted to buy 2 or 3 years of service??? (big time scam alarm) I said how much and they said $299.00 for 2 and $399.00 for three. I asked who they were and they said Apple Support. They gave me their "personal" phone number (above). I said no thank you and they were adamant to know the reason why (process improvement?) I immediately turned off my computer, restored it to a previous point, did a Trend Micro scan which showed clean.

You won’t be getting that money back.

Nearly 2 years have passed, so I would think that person has figured it out by now.

My elderly father couldn't access his email at optimum.  He clicked on a link & the next thing the phone rings & he is talking to someone he thinks is a service provider from optimum.  Unfortunately I didn't catch on soon enough to figure out he was talking to a scammer. He let them access his computer. I took over the call. He (Daniel) spouted a bunch of nonsense about a "kernel" virus on the computer. "Supremo" was on a logo on the screen. They tried to sell me $299/$399 packages for "virus" protection packages & to remove the virus.  Told them I would just throw the computer out & buy a new one.  He was speechless. He hung up when he realized there was no money it. I ran a full virus scan after the call. Nothing was found.  We will either re-install Windows-10 or  reset to an earlier date or call our Virus protection provider & have them review the computer.  Of course, all Passwords will be changed, just in case.
