This is the call center number for http://www.bbb.org/chicago/business-reviews/f ... -brook-il-24350 It appears they have a problem with business professionalism and ethics. Called today to explain that they were calling, abusing, and exploiting family members with non-disclosed calls that led to them. Said I wanted calls to cease. She denied any reference to my number even after being advised that I was a family member and would be listed as wrong number, associated number, or alternate number for a family member. She also denied having any ability to access the debt collection portion of ACS to verify number wasn't being called saying the debt collection portion was outbound calling only while I was calling the inbound calling section. Got it! Another predatory bunch of cowards incapable of professionalism and ethics, but then you're dealing with debt collections and having any of that would have you working elsewhere!
