It is from the bad check restitution program by many county DA's. It is a legit number

I have gotten many phone calls from this number. I usually let it go to voicemail. It's always automated and it is supposedly from Tulare County's Bad Check Restitution program. I am not the person listed as the name for my number so the phone calls did not apply to me but I could never get a live person to talk to until today. I finally told the caller that they had the wrong number, so hopefully this is the last call I get from them. They were looking for payment from a person with the last name Vaughn who owes $777.58.
