It's Mountaineer Gas Company. They didn't leave a message.

It was a courtsey call from mountainer gas about my bill.

My husband passed away just over a month ago. I paid them end of February a bill many times higher than normal. Notified them of his death. Account changed to me and I was told meter had been read and due to error in reading, I would get refund. Got no bill until I received termination notice in husband's name. Company immediTely s tarted. Calling demanding payment. Called at 4:00 am and 7:51am today. The 4:00 am call scared me to death. Did not think calls could before 8:00 am.

Paid bill a week ago using their doxo agent. Received confirmation they received the payment. They need to get their act together

Received a recorded call from Mountaineer Gas Co saying service will be terminated. However, my accounts are current. One bill shows credit for overpayment. The other is $18.48 due July 25.  Not first time robocaller has messed up.
