800-834-5281

Received an e-mail with an approved order and 800-834-5281 connected to "Paypal".  I didn't talk to anyone.  Didn't click on any links or view the order.  I went to my Paypal account and there has been no charge.  I know they are fishing for my informtion. Their paypal phone # is not the valid phone #.

Yes.  Total scam.  I received the following (portion copied from email):

We appreciate your business with us!
Dear Customer,

Your order is being carefully processed.

Below are your transaction details. Kindly keep it in a safe space for future reference. If you've any question about the transaction, please get in touch with our team on 800 834 5281.

Same exact experience thanking me for order etc.  Number is answered as PayPal.  Sent all to PayPal and they say  website is valid who knows?

I received this exact email Thursday just before lunch.  I hope someone puts these crooks in jail.  We need some very strict laws for cyber criminals and very, very harsh punishments.

You do know that laws don't magically stop criminals from doing things, right?

Exact same message!  Charges are not on my PayPal.  Obviously a scam! Also, when I see a message where I've been charged sales tax, I know it's not real, as I live in Oregon where there's no sales tax!

I received this same email and just deleted it but wanted to record that it is a phishing campaign.
