Robotic woman had to hear stating my SSN will be blocked or something and i have to press one. Disconected the call and phoned the number from a different phone just to find the number had been disconected and nolonger in service. so it a scam.

Told me SS put out a warrant for my arrest and he was going to cancel my social security number.  Told him they really ought to learn the laws of the country they are trying their scams in.  SSecurity will never call you to issue a warrant.  I cannot believe they think we are so stupid. However, they prey on the elderly who are worried about their finances.  What's funny is that I called back from a different number and he never asked who I was.  Middle Eastern accent. Told me he would give me his employee number and when I said "ok, what is it?", he laughed and said he changed his mind.  Rest easy people, it is a Scam with a capital S!

I got the same exact phone call as well, just hung up, called it back and a recording came on stating the number was no longer in use....lol

You may not be stupid but they figure if they make the same call to more people, someone stupid will eventually pick up, and reply with money ready to give away. It's all about the odds.

I received a phone call and they told me about 10 million dollars worth of cocaine was found in the same kind of car I had in Texas and that I had a warrant out for my arrest. They asked me for my last 4 digits of my security number and I told them. Im afraid that my social security is compromised because they said that it was about to be terminated today due to US marshalls and finding this car on the boarder of Texas. They said that my social security had 27 opened accounts with my name on it. They asked for my credit cards and balances and also what bank I was with. I provided them this information. The information I received from them was case number DC570012. The arrest warrant number was 7100j562 and that I was speaking with an officer named Jennifer Wilker with the badge number 521405. I was apprehensive at first and she said that I would be recorded. Before she hung up, I started googling her information and saw that I couldn't find the badge number or her name, then searched the phone number, and saw that this was a scam. I am afraid that they know far too much now and am not sure what to do or who to go to.

5/15/19 Female voice attempting to threaten me with some sort of ill defined legal action.  Actually quite humorous but I feel badly for people who actually take it seriously.

I got a call today and a voicemail was left about legal matters..called the number back anonymous and it stated number is disconnected

I pressed one and advised I gave their number to the local police dept. The guy was like ooooookay!!! So lame!!! Hate scams!

They called and left voice mail

Female robo voice telling me I had to return their call immediately because of fraudulent activity on my SSN. Hung up

Just got a call from this number. Same voicemails as noted in above complaints here.

Something about my SSN and facing serious consequences if I didn't press 1 ... pressed 1 told them not to call my phone again social security doesn't call asking for your social security number

They just called me too - I hate this stuff!

Caller was an automated pre-recorded message stating that my social security number had been suspended and that I had to dial '1' in order to call them back.

Recieved same call. Pressed 1 and when the guy was asking questions like my name and zip code, I gave wrong info and he still continued with his scam.... he asked for last 4 I said I know it. He said can you confirm,  I replied I can, can you confirm it. I then told him that I'll contact my local SS office and verify. He hung up

I received a call from this number and heard the same recording.  I hung up and they called back I let it go to voice mail and they repeated the same message except they instructed me to select 1 to speak to a representative

robotic female voice from 800  834 9459 talking about suspicious activity regarding social security number and If I don't call back Im going to have to deal with the consequences.

I got one of those ss scam calls too--pressed 1 and Indian/Pakistani man asked how he could help me--"you called me!"--he muttered something, then disconnected me!😁 Let's have some fun-call back MF's! I love messin' with these fools!!

FYI, got the same phone call a few minutes ago, same robot female voice saying the same thing, I called the number back and it says it’s not working any longer. Why can’t we simply change that number and who owns it and sue the hell out of them for bothering everybody not to mention what they will ask for and how much money they will ask for as well. Anyway just a thought
