7-23-2021 I previously wrote about a company called Benefit Advisor. They only have a website, www.benefitadvisor.com. It is not a legitimate site! If you look it up you will find a statement in blue posted by Relph Benefit Advisors. They are legitimate. I spoke with them. I looked that up and found The Relph Benefit Advisor. They posted an apology saying their number is used by a ‘spoofing company’. This number was the Relph Benefit Advisors, now called Alera Group, 800 Parker Hill Dr., Ste 100, Rochester, NY 14625.
I previously wrote about number 419-216-0351 which is a Ohio cell number. I have gotten so many calls up to 7 a day from these spoof numbers! I now keep a list and report the numbers, date and time of call to the legitimate company, Relph and Alera Group.
If you get calls from Benefit Advisors - beware - they are not legitimate.
Plus, they use the area codes from the states where you live. I live in Ohio, so they used 419. Tell any elderly family or friends not to give any information!
