IF there really was a "serious matter", you would not be warned with a cold call - especially since no identification was given.

I first received a call from a number in Rochester, NY. (585)-298-9565. The message was the same exact wording as what Jana was told except my "case number" is 3030635. I was also instructed to call (800)-836-0214. Later this afternoon I received a call from No Caller ID and was left a message from "Amy" who is an "independent courier" in the county in which I live who is going to serve papers at either my home address or place of employment between 11-5  tomorrow and I can call the 800 number to resolve this serious matter.
