Hello this is Marilyn calling from the underwriting department regarding your capital one credit card account based on your recent payment activity and balance you may be eligible for an interest rate reduction _⁠_ little as 1.9% there is additional information I need to confirm your eligibility so please return my call directly in the underwriting department at 1-800-836-0345 once again 1-800-836-0345 this will be the only noticed you receive and this offer is only valid for three business days thank you…”

"Marilyn from the underwriting department" stated she was calling regarding a possible reduction in my interest rate for my capital one credit card which is only available for 3 days. (I don't have a capital one credit card)  Asked me to call 800-836-0345 but the number actually came from 361-998-7049.

We see the same phone call with the same message. but I blocked the number.
