this is the return phone number given for INTERCOUNTY RECORDS who sent a prerecorded message from 408*651*8134 to my son's cell phone.  It's about mortgage rates????

"Jim" left a message on my cellular listed on caller ID as 1-408-651-8134 (which is odd, as "1-" does not usually appear, is this a faked phone number?).  The pre-recorded message was truncated but said to call 800-836-0305 and Intercounty Records.

I got an automated call and pressed buttons (first 1, then 2) until I got a human.  The prerecorded voice didn't change, but the name changed from "David" to "Jim" and they never identified themselves except as "a company that would like to help you".  It was a LONG message and was after people with $10,000 or more of credit card debt.  At the end, I asked for the name of the company (the woman told me they were Kirkland Green) and for a callback number (she gave 800-836-0805 x 1041).  I didn't call back.
