1800Vending is nothing more than a scam.  Every time I send an email that has the word vending in it they pay to put their advertisement across the top of my screen.  I went to a vending presentation put on by one of their competitors and was very impressed with the business opportunity.  Then I was immidiately solicited by 800Vending.  They started to throw rocks from their glass house immediately. They made a lot of accusations against other vending companies.  They told me to do my homework before I bought from anyone else because 800Vending has a perfect track record and no BBB complaints, no Attorney General complaints and no FTC complaints.  I'm so glad I took their advice.  I found that 800Vending or 1800 Vending is owned by Mike Burnett and Jeff Marsh.  These scam artists have opened several vending companies and just change the name when they get discovered.  Find out what the FTC and the Attorney General have said about this company and the crooks that own them.

"1800vending" formerly "Turn Key Vending" has had numerous complaints.

After I did my research I found people all over the internet that had been solicited months earlier and told me to stay away from this company.  They told me 1800Vending had made several promises, none of which were true.  They were told they would be given locations for there machines and all they were given is a list of businesses that don't need vending machines.  The list went on from there.  The machines were junk.  Countless malfunctions. After I did my research, I came to one conclusion.  If you buy from 1800Vending you should just light a match to your money.  They will probably make millions more on people that have more money than brains.

Mike, I challenge you to tell me your real name and then we can both get on the phone with 1800vending and verify that you have in fact bought machines from their company and can verify what you say is true.  I love the fact that the internet gives a forum for people to say whatever they want to say and don't have to be held accountable for it.  Come on pal, nut up. I'll check back in a few weeks to see if you've grown a pair yet.

I just read your ridiculous post again and realize that you haven't even purchased from them which makes your post even more ridiculous.  Come on, tell us all what competitor you work for.  " . . . you should just light a match to your money"  Are you serious?  That is hilarious!  Truly the funniest thing I've seen for quite some time.

I bought fifty used and place them the first month I had them.  Not going to lie, I had one locaton that I only took in $4 but I also had a location that did $50.   After the smoked cleared and I was in business about a year, I kept moving the slowest Ten percent of my machines each month and now my average machine for all One Hundred (yes, I bought fifty more) was about $24.93 or close enough to call it $25 per location or Twenty five hundred per month.  I keep my locations bunched very close together and I like to call on my locations every other week to stay in front of my customers and not let competition take over my really great locations.  1-800-Vending makes a superiour machine, easy to collect with it's drawer in the back and individual canisters make loading and re-loading a easy move.  I always take in three loaded ready to go canisters with me and I wear blue goves so everyone can see the sanitation and care I put into each stop.  I wouldn't advocate buying new or even using one of their placement locator services. It's just to easy to place these units.  One in five say YES!  So if you can take a minimum of rejection of four calls out of five saying NO, then you can make it in the business But if you are one of those who must be constantly told you are a winner, then you need to go to a Casino and hear the bells and whistles tell you how wonderful you are while all the time you are losing your money.  I like the machines.  I like them better used at around a hundred dollars each.  I always get my money back within four months of purchase. Tell me any other business you can buy and get your money back in four months!  Most guys just don't get it but remember this;  "Those that know how work for those that know why."  I have been blessed in my life and I figured out real early what the Why was all about. When you discover that clue, you will be successful.  Until then, keep on being a hater.

I've been looking at used 1-800 3-head bulk vendors to start a route.  Because 1-800 discontinued bulk vending machines, these units are selling at low used prices but seem to be very durable and built like tanks.

I wondered, before I buy into them, if you have learned who actually manufacturers the machines so I can know there will be replacement parts available.  I suppose the coin changers are generic and any will fit it but I'm concerned about replacement canisters and the dispenser mechanisms.

E-mail me at marcomarks@bex.net if you don't mind.  Thanks

I am a new 1-800-Vending customer.  I was impressed with the aesthetics of the machine and their video presentation that detailed the quality and thoughtfulness of construction.  I have just received our first unit (out of 2) and we're having "issues" with the company because they chose less-than-perfect units to send to us.  We may be able to resolve these issues, but it did prompt me to scour the internet further for complaints.  Out of the entire internet, this is the only forum I found with complaints about 1-800-Vending and they're vague ramblings at best.  I'm actually more encouraged reading this Forum.  To Bill - congrats on setting up 100 units, however you did it.

I have been doing candy machines for about 7.5 yrs.   I actually applaud this company of marketing the right machines.   Vendstar stinks.  Never had a vendstar but if you look at the grey plastic machines they deteriorate.

Is it because you didn't do your research correct.  When I spoke to 3 references wasn't sure if I was going to do it or not.  Did Rome get built in a day?  No.   Do you have financial obligations?  If you want to look me up whatzonyourmind.com and contact me on my cell number.

I can teach you how to locate.  Now I do agree that the company should reconsider doing the bulk candy machines.  You can make money from them depending on a location.  I will give you hints over the phone for free.  If your up to the plate as you claim give me a call.

Candy machines take time and it does pay off if you go out and talk to owners.  If you can find the right sales pitch to do you can pull it off.  Of course your going to get nay sayers who claim you won't make any money.  The location you probably have is a low traffic place that you thought of.

Consider this.   Recession is still going on.  people are trying to find ways to find something out there.  Go out and write places down. If your not a customer of the company you have nothing better to do.  I am a real customer and actual posting.
