Leaves a message wanting to confirm something. He is talking so fast I cant make out what he said. But he states that I must call as soon as I get this message. He doesnt have my first name right but he has the Smith part right. He says his name is Mr Brown.

Got a call and they left a message to call back ext. 148 to talk to a Mr. Gibs. Haven't found out about what yet.

my home number is unlisted.  i work from home and the work number is listed.  someone by "mrs. smith" called my work number asking for me, saying it was a private matter and it was urgent that i call back--mrs. smith also thought she was calling my home number.  my assistant asked who she was with and the nature of the call--mrs. smith declined to offer any information other than for me to call her back asap at 1.800.836.4568 x108.

got the same "mr. gibbs" call today from the same #....gotta be a collection agency

Company answers as Security Credit. I got "Miss Simmons" who had left such a rude sounding "urgent" message for my husband that I called back to tell her that he is recovering from surgery for a brain tumor and that I would appreciate it if she did not speak to him in that tone, she took great offense. I asked to speak to her supervisior and she informed me that this was "her" matter and that I could call back when I learned some manners. Her extension was 172. Miss Simmons, her supervisor,  who was busy when I called back, is at ext. 109.
