When we report to www.donotcall.gov ( www.ftc.gov ) or www.fcc.gov/complaints they require we provide date & time.

The caller, UNAVAILABE.( displayed as ID on our phone ) used 800-836-5802,, called us @18:58, 12.07.2015.This morning, the caller, UNAVAILABLE used 800-655-4555 (  It is Southern California Edison ) to call us for 5th time threating to cut off power service. According  http:800notes.com, the number already call others before me.
When I returned the call hiding our number 15 minute later., a lady message told me  about free medical alert system , what to do, I selected & entered the number some one could talked to me, a lady came  & insisted she didn't call me. I gave here our number. She insisted that she didn't call me,.
Yes , we received many phone calls about medical alert.

Someone just called, but they didn't leave a message. I tried to block the number, but I forgot I can't block 1-800 #'s. It's really sick that something can't be done about these scam artists. The vast majority of people won't fall for their scam, but my parents have in the past. They wouldn't have when they were younger, but they do now. If for no other reason than to protect our elderly (those that need this to stop), these people need to be stopped. It will take someone high up on the food chain in this country getting fleeced before something is done.

They called but left no message.  The Caller ID said "800 Service."
