    Got 3 unanswered calls (no message left) in a span of 20 minutes. Called back and a recording says it's B of A. Have never banked with B of A.

    This number comes up as Bank of America, but the recording is a PECO message (electric company) in the PA area.

    It was an automated call from PECO looking to collect feedback n a phone call I had made to the PECO Customer Service Dept. earlier in the day.   "Rate from 1 to 5", etc.   ...does anyone pay any attention to these things, anyways?

    On caller display "Bank of America", but in actuality was a caller service from PECO.  I had called PECO earlier in the day about a problem and said I would respond to their customer service call after I hung up with them about my problem.   Do not know why listed as "Bank of America" when it was 'PECO"
