    I am an investigator with PGE in Portland, Oregon.  This number has been used by scammers posing as an area electric company employee and asking businesses to pay an overdue bill by use of Green Dot Money Pak cards.  These people are Frauds.  I just talked to a scammer at this number today, made up a business name, utility and zip code and they still said I owed them $800.00.
