The number she left didnt match theirs. Reached out to the real One Source Process and they confirmed its definitely a scam.

- Ed replies to CDCThis guy was calling all my relatives with the same last name as mine looking for me. Left messages saying that he was Mr. Rossi and that he was a investigator with Mettawa Courier Services and that he needed me to call ASAP 800-841-6019 with my case number so that I could request a stand-down order. If I failed to do this that he would show up to my work place or home to serve me. So I decided to do a little investigating myself, There is a "Mettawa Courier Services" and they do trucking and truck shipment deliveries. So what ever he wanted to serve me with must be "HUGE". Then I looked up this 800 number and found this site which reveales that other people have been called by these scammers. The only thing that did worry me is that on the message he left he stated the last four numbers of my social security number. I wonder where they got that from??? If you are getting these calls and they have your name, keep an eye on your credit reports often to make sure that no one is stealing or trying to steal your identity!
