A female caller named Tracy Parks from Rubin and Rosenthal left a message on my answering machine saying that she really needed to talk to me in person and asked me to call back as soon as possible.  Since I own a business and do sometimes get legitimate calls from law firms, I assumed that this was legit. Upon call back, the person answering the phone as "Professional Services" told me that Tracy was not available and asked me to leave my name and number.  I asked if this was "Rubin and Rosenthal" and she said she had no idea....that she answers the phone for lots of firms.  Ya.

"Tracy Parks" called me back.  They ARE a collection agency.  They wanted to sign up my business so they could do collections for me.  

Be assured that this IS absolutely a collection agency.
