- Larry_Stevens| 5 repliesI can't believe Microsoft isn't answering their phone! I sent their e-mail tracking beta test message to everyone I know. You owe me a lot of money, Charles S. Bailey (General Manager Field Operations)! I'm relying on it to send my kid to college next year.
- Sam replies to Larry_Stevens| 3 repliesGood Luck.
- TundraGal| 1 replyI received this e-mail from my student. I called the number for verification, but too received an automated message stating that I'm calling from outside the area. There's no such thing as "free money". Let's not perpetuate the hoax. Rather, inform the person who sent it to you that it's a hoax.
- truckersmom replies to TundraGalUnlike the rest of you I did not have the privilege of looking at that email.NOT that I would want to. My rule on email from ones I know is,if it has more then 2 FW's in the subject it's DELETED.Too many bugs going around and it's not going to go away with emails like that.My brother sent an email to me asking what's up with it so I started tracking the number down and found this place. Your right TundraGal, start informing others of the hoax and remember if it sounds or looks to good then there's a very high chance that it is.Do your homework not scams or hoax.Good Luck to all.
- RingerIsOff| 2 repliesThis email is still going around. With 100's of email addresses in it. Sure fire way to get spammed! So, friends and family... don't send these types of things.

- MizDizzyMizzyThis old farce is still hanging around? I can't believe the stuff some people think is true. Come on, people. Bill Gates and/or Microsoft is NOT going to write you a check for forwarding an email. Remember the immortal words of P.T. Barnum, "There is a sucker born every minute."
The only thing calling either of the 800 #s provided in the scam email is this: They aren't going to answer your call. They aren't going to return your call even if you are able to leave a message. What they ARE going to do is capture your phone # via caller ID then either they are going to call you & try to scam you out of a whole bunch of money or they'll sell your number to another criminal who will.
I just shake my head at the idea people actually believe this stuff. If you believe this, contact me. I have some oceanfront property in Kansas I'd be happy to sell you...cheap. Come on, people. Really??- Caller: NOT Microsoft, that's for sure

- Ann| 1 replyWhat good does it do to put anything on here or any other complaint sights? When you keep getting these calls no matter what you do or who you call, Sheriff's office, FCC, WASHINGTON D.C. DON'T CALL LIST. All of it should be some how dealt with! Especially leave the elderly Alone! Now lets get something done in a real class action suit for real against the real perpetrators! REAL MONEY!
- Caller: Scam
- Tygerkat replies to AnnWell, as you said, this is a complaint site. A reporting site, not a "someone fix the problem" site.
As for a class action lawsuit, go ahead. Get one started. Someone has to. Why not you? - Maria replies to SandyI received a message thru messenger saying that if I forward this message I earn 243.00 per message sent.. yaaaa right! Really! You really think I’m going to believe this Dumm story..
- Thea replies to Sam| 2 repliesI can't believe people don't check their sources! This is a hoax!
- BigA replies to TheaI can't believe people don't look at the date of the post under the screen name. I can't believe that people reply to really old posts, in this case 12 years old, and expect those people to stop back to see their replies.
- MikeHuntleton replies to Thea"Sam" only said 'Good luck', so why would anyone check the source out for a comment?
