Looks like someone spoofing health care...

I have received multiple voicemail messages from this robocaller.  The message has always been missing an introductory salutation identifying the caller (probably intentional ... and not the fault of your voicemail system).  The remaining content suggests that this is an important call regarding your health care plan and that you should call this number for further info.  Certainly not a call from my real health provider!

Missing the opening statement. Makes it sound like it has to do with my health insurance.

Left voice mail. Beginning message garbled., same as prior comment commented.  Rest sounds legit: A nurse wants to hear from you to discuss new options in your coverage.

Paraphrased pre-registered message "We want to talk to you about health care options on behalf of your employer " ... I however, do not believe that any healthcare insurance would cold call you, it'd be through letter

Just got voicemail leaving this number as a callback. The message claimed to be a “registered nurse team” from United Healthcare on behalf of my “employer”. If that were true they would now my emoloyer’s name because I am in a group plan.

Definitely a scam. And I am in the Do Not Call registry, which seems to be losing its effectiveness.

The DNC registry isn't "losing its effectiveness". The scammers are simply ignoring it, as they've always done.

Voice mail starts as "..your employer.  We would like to speak with you about services that are already available to you as part of your medical benefits plan.  Our services are provided by experienced professionals dedicated to helping improve your health.  Please call us at 1-800-842-9492.  We're available 24  7".   I've used United Healthcare Nurse services, and this message is not formatted in their protocol (although they may call you, to remind you of follow up or screening services you havent done).  So this is not United Health.   "Experienced professionals" another give-away.  Sounds like those "Pharmacy Network" solicitations I get where they try to get you to say you have pain here and there or use various over the counter products which are "supposedly" included in your health plan.  Then those folks want personal or info about your plans to order you stuff, and you'll be sorry.

Similar message - cut off at beginning and asking me to call back to hear about benefits. Caller ID shows United Hltcare Hastings MN

This number 832-844-5926 left this voice mail. "On behalf of your employer we'd like to speak to you about services that are already available to you as part of your medical benefits plan our services are provided by experienced professionals dedicated to helping improve your health please call us back at 800-842-9492 we are available 8 AM to 8 PM thank you"

Robocaller leaving a bogus healthcare message.  Message always starts about 10 seconds into the script.  I was lucky enough to accidently answer it once, and after saying, "hello", I received the same bogus message with missing introductory information.

Received a VM from 651-273-0795 indicating it was a registered nurse team calling on behalf of your employer and would like to speak to me about their services. The message said I should call 1-800-842-9492. I think it's a scam? However, United Healthcare was identified on my phone.

I received a call from (651) 273-0795, that left a voicemail message with near-identical verbiage to what many posts here describe. The message also directs you to call 800-842-9492. The message sounds very impersonal and contrived.  As others have stated, neither my name nor my employer's name was used - just generic terms.

I called UHC about this, and believe it or not, they actually stated that this 800 number is legit, and it is for a behavioral health program offered by UHC.

Despite the surprising legitimacy of this message, in today's world, where it is exceedingly simple for criminals to use technology and stolen info to scam folks, I think this is a poor approach by UHC to reach its customers for ANY reason. They should instead ask you call one of their primary support numbers (listed on their website or your employer's healthcare card) and from there provide automated cues to get you to whatever service(s) they are attempting to bring to your attention.

This number is in search results and if you click on one, you find this is an actual United Healthcare number with information about a variety of programs.
