- AkhnatenAt least some of you are getting voice messages. They continue to call me and leave nothing. Very aggravating. I really think some of these people are under the assumption that we're all sitting at home from sun up to sun down, waiting for them to call. I don't think so. Leave a message...stop calling 5 - 10 times a day.

- JohnnyBGoodThey continue to call and either leave no message or I say, "Hello...hello...hello...", with no response and so I hang up. Ridiculous.

- SomethingNeeds2BDoneSilly and trivial Amsher, STOP your ridiculousness. Calls everyday and it is the same things...I pick up, "hello...hello...hello" from the automated voice. I hold and then they hangup. Can someone tell me how to write a cease letter please?!

- StoneI just got a call from 1-800-844-5279. I am a first-year college student and have had absolutely no contact with this company or this number in the past. I denied the caller, but then I googled it to find out just who the hell was calling me. I have only had this phone about a year and have not given my number out on the internet (other than on secure sites, such as for job applications), nor have I given it to any strangers. I'd really like to know how the hell they got my number.
- LarryI have a lot of problems with T-Mobile including they charged me $90 for cancelling my account when I didn't tell them to do that (I am still a customer by force of contract) and my account is current with them but they sent the disputed amount to these people and they call EVERY NIGHT DURING DINNER and when I finally answered they inflated the original bill adding a "collection fee" and not willing to negotiate a settlement other than when I questioned the fee they'd remove that but I didn't have any luck trying to make any deal with them so for now if you have T-Mobile, some phones (like mine) have a feature called a "reject list" that makes the phone not go off when those #s call. By the way their facebook page is "T-Mobile USA" so if TM made AmSher keep bugging you then you can go on that page and scream at them. They get nervous when everyone is on there complaining!

- MaggieThey keep calling me-day after day, week after week. As of this past November, I entered into a payment agreement with them ( via phone) to prevent them from sending my bill to collections. HA HA! They did it anyway. Screwed my credit so what do I care now? I'll just go to another doctor and pay their bill when I am able to pay it! Harassment doesn't get anyone anywhere! Don't they think the written letters are enough? Apparently not since I've sent several of those too. They replied with, "call us back". I think not.

- BrookeThis number is harrasing me with phone calls; up to 5 times a day. I answered the first time they called, and the first time only. They asked me to "verify" my SS# and DOB by giving it to them, but would not tell me who they were. Well, I do not give out my personal to information to people whom I do not know. The lady refused to tell me anything until I told her my social, and since that wouldn't happen I have no idea what they want.

- JessieThey got me for payment arrangements for quite some time now. I call the number to AMSHER @ 888-473-4860 and when they answer I explain my concern. Reason being is that my daughter (my daughters bill) has medicare and medicaid but yet they expect us to pay the bill for ambulance services. They politely tell me to hold and connect me to a Ms. Nelson which doesn't answer. On recording it asks for name and other pertinent info but goes on to say if you need immediate assistance to call 800-844-5279. When calling this other number it is a recording saying Hello...you are chosen to receive a Retail Rebate Voucher in the amount of $100 and for me to hold on for a live representative. What the heck? I call back to the first number and tell the person that answered and there was no comment other than to connect me to Ms. Nelson & gave me her direct phone number. Now I am really concerned that they now owe me money!
