    This so called company took out from my bank accountl, which I never authorized, in fact, I never heard of this company before. So I got some valuable info from my bank about this company & I called them, they claimed their company is an online date site, which I never even go any dating sites anyways, so that's another thing that made this fraudulent in my bank account.

    Sounds like a phishing scam - you give them your cc info and they bill you for as long as they can get away with it. As Niel Young says "They give you this, but you pay for that".
