I ordered Be a Real Estate Millionaire - Dean Graziosi  and received it a few days later.  Last night I received a phone call from a female, Lavi, 1-800-860-8068, Ext. 6732.  Lavi stated that she would be helping me with real estate deals for the program but I will need to have $1,000.00 before she could help me.  I do not have Caller ID.  The first chaper of Dean Graziosi's book states, page "x", "Paul from Maryland had never done anything with real estate before and on his very first foreclosure deal he profited over $106,000 in less than 4 days without using any of his own money."  He uses many examples of individuals that use none of his/her own money but then the first thing this Lavi requests is that I will need $1,000.00.  Please help me to see is this is a scam.  I do not have Caller ID.

I had worked for PMI and Dean Graziosi realestste system is very good. The individual that called you may not have represented PMI and Dean's program quite right or you may have not have understood what was said right. PMI offers you in conjunction to Dean's program coaching to get you through some of your first transactions and walks you through the steps of buying and selling real estate without you using your own money. You can do it on your own or you can be mentored through it with real people that do this themselfs, mentoring does cost but a small cost to get you through the learning curve and up making a profit in a short while. It is not easy but it can be done and doing it on your own may take you awile to learn and you will spend some money and trial and error doing it on your own! gw

    Get Real
This place sounds like just another scam.  Get real, people.  Do you really believe you're going to become a millionaire by ordering some books or taking a course?  This guy's just pandering to the American obsession with getting something for nothing.  Check out:

Two phone salesman tag teamed me right after I curiously, but not being shocked if it turned out to be joke, purchased the book.  The book was alright, not like a law book or other more substantial material, but has basic descent advice.  THe problem is PMI will call you up and try and sucker you into their coaching for 5 G's which they promise they will rebate after you make your fifth deal.  But what if you don't make 5 deals?  you don't get your money back.

They refuse to let you see or read a contract and cajole you to assent to it over the phone and they promise some lame 3 day rescission which is a joke.

I offered the salesman a better deal: after my first deal I would give dean 5 G's and after my second deal I would actually cut him a check for 5 G's and I would write up a contract he could read and sign.

He refused and said Dean had him hooked into a pretty sweet system and he didn't need my money.  He said I must not trust them if I didn't want to give them 5 grand and that I could not be part of their so called success team. I already rejected his lame offer and I didn't know him from Adam so of course I did not trust him.

Don't be a fool, and give to these people, go the the Library and do some  research.  Make friends with real estate brokers.  Do something that requires effort on your part so these people can't act like they will promise you the moon and deceive us.

This guy named Trevor Paste just called me saying i requested a google work at home packet, wanted to know "how serious are you about making money" and that i could be a select few that get mentored for $299 instead of the normal 3000 to 5000 dollars it would normally cost. He said that he could do this because they were going to advertise me being the "success" in their success story. Who in their right mind would give money to someone without hearing or getting proof of what you're buying? Sorry Trevor but I'm not the idiot in this village, keep looking.

I received a call from a gentleman named Randy Merrick, who said that he was from the Business Developement Program of a work at home system.  As I was talking to him he wanted to make sure I was really interested in becomming a sucess story for their company, he never mentioned what exactly I would be selling only that I would need training and that the training would cost $4,000 dollars and he would just need $500 up front and I would be billed for the balance over the next 6 months.  He also stated I would only need to work 5 to 10 hrs per week, and that I needed to do exactly what the coach told me to do.  Before I knew it he had me saying yes to everything and was having someone from their finance department call me back.  Thank the good Lord for giving me a few minutes to think about this, here I was being an idiot, thinking this was going to help me get totally out of debt and live on easy street.  "Boy What A Scam".  When I received the next call it was from Claire in the finance dept. When I started to ask her questions, she became very put out and was rude and impatient that I was not willing to go further without checking out the company.  After I told her I would not do anything unless I had the full information she reluctantly gave me the name of the company, It was Professional Marketing International, Inc. out or Lehigh UT 84043.  I tried googling this company and did not find anything however I did find the name in a different town in Utah, it was attached to a file on a man that had hundreds of companies that looked like he had scammed people everywhere.  This morning I googled the phone number 800-860-8068 and found this website.  Needless to say I won't be calling her back.

    It's a madhouse...

...no matter how many times SUCKERS get taken for a ride -- I see
another one standing in line to buy a ticket...

    People, PLEASE, don't be suckers!

Just ask yourself a simple question "If I had a good thing going -- that is a business that is making money -- will I share information about that business with another"?
If you answer "yes" - then you know why you still do not have them "$$ millions".
It's because you are a MORON and a SUCKER...

May be you are "worried" because there is a couple of brain cells left in your brain
    that are still working...

    Geezzz!

    Hope this helps.

It's defenitely a scam! DONT'T do it! Consumers need protection from these criminals.
Dean Graziosi is under invetigation by scamming innocent people's hard earned money.
Before I went to his seminar, I received a call from a guy who said I was qualified for
their special group and they would assign me my own coach. (I have a real estate background)
and it would cost only $35,000. I asked what this guy would do? I was told he would walk my
neighborhood and help me to find the bargains. What a joke! Nobody knows my neighborhood better than me, and there are no bargains. I knew right away this was a criminal organization.
I went to his Lean and Dead seminar in June. He did not even show up, instead another
organization ran the seminar. Again, it was useless information. The properties with liens were
in Kentucky and New York. They looked so bad one woman told me she would not even put her dog in a house like that. All they wanted was money from people. The did not even serve a lunch during the one day seminar at Hyatt in Arlington, VA.
They lie, lie, lie! Empty promises like a free digital camera and the pre-seminar. Nobody received
the camera. Someone really needs to stop these crooks!

I also received a call from a Randy Brown after attending a really estate workshop thru Affluence Edu.  It was about coaching to help me progress in my RE business faster.  He connected me with a man, Shaun, who was reluctant to give me his last name. I didn't believe either one gave me their real names. The price was between 14,000 and $22,000 for a year of once a week we webinar coaching, and walking through deals.  This number is not an Affluence EDU number. Although they are promoting Affluence Edu's products that I already have, I don't know for sure who these two are. They did not provide a real contract for services, just a plan  pdf page with no headline, that anybody could type They also asked for wire transfer for payment, or debit card. Very leary about who they are!!!!
