we are getting calls from this caller. Every time the same recorded message asking to call back. I am not calling!

I've been getting recorded messages from this number at least 3 times a week. It's really annoying. I don't even answer the phone when this number calls. The first two times I heard this number call, I think they were calling for someone named Tammy. I really wish they would stop calling me.

Got a call from this number. It was a cheesy recording telling me to call back. It is 9:00 my time is that legal? Does anyone really fall for this?

I got many calls from this number. Once I called them back to make sure of what they want. No one can tell me what they are doing or why they are calling! How could I stop it from calling me? Report to the police?

I got my first call from them today. I just googled their number and this is the only result I got. I don't know who it is...I don't think I owe anyone money.

same as everyone else - several times a week for over a month now, recorded message saying "sorry you were unable to take our call" or some such.

This is also happening to me usually during the day I am at work they will leave a message Sorry  to take your call and that is it... It is very annoying  Know a tele marketing no  just delete it  I do have caller Id  and I am also On do not call list too.

I get the same type calls.  I've just filed a complaint against this company as I'm  on the do not call list.  I urge anyone else to do that who can.

Calls and leaves a recording to call back.

Very annoying calls  for over two months now. I called back once to ask them stop calling, but got feedback saying " i don't know what you are talking about". ohhhhhhhhhhh  noooo, how can i stop them?

Ha - looks like I'm not the only one getting 3 calls per week from these freakazoids.

OSI Recovery Solutions - this is a collection agency.  I called them back to see since no one else on this forum had posted it.  They were collecting for someone who no longer has my number. They said they would remove my number from the list.  Very pleasant as far as Collection Agencies go.

This is indeed a collection agency, OSI Recovery solutions, looking for someone who used to have you phone number. You will have to call them in order to get rid of them.

Same as Dave.  OSI Recovery Solutions.  Looking for the girl who previously had my cell # - I've even gotten calls from Ford about her Focus payments (amonsgst others) looking for her.  They nicely flagged it so as not to call my number again.  They called me a bunch of times, but in the end they did nothing wrong, they didn't know...

They leave a message that says, "Sorry we are unable to reach you. Please return this very importan call at 1-800-862-1707" It's so dumb and even one of my friends answered the phone when they called and it played the stupid message to her even though she answered the phone.

Those guys are so freakin' annoying!  I have had my cell # for almost 15 yrs and I have perfect credit.  I called those clowns once to complain and I still got that dumb-a@@ cheesy recording on a twice-daily basis.  They wouldn't tell me what kind of business they're in.

Where do I go to complain?

I have been receiving them also, I haven't answered the phone and I agree, the recording I get sounds suspicious, like you said it sounds cheesy
