I got the same thing.  Forward the email to Wachovia customer support.  They have a website you can use to tell them about it too.

I found out that the email came from a guy that is leasing a line from Verizon.  Forward the email and the headers in their entirety to abuse@wachovia.com and abuse@verizon.net
