I called the number and it is for a company called PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATES COMPANY located in Denver Colorado. I did a web search and found their website www.professional-affiliates.com. Looks like they are a collection agency

Mr. Goff calling. If you are out of the Denver calling area call 1-800-864-4358. Says it is not solicitation. It's a machine and it calls EVERY day.

I called 800-864-4358--said they are Advantage Group Professional Affls. trying to collect on a hospital bill that I never received--$239.07.  She asked if I wanted to make a payment, I said no because I never received a bill for that amount.  She had my mailing address and said that a bill was mailed to my house last month.  Told her to send it again.

I think it's a scam because I didn't see a doctor in March.  I called the billing dept of the hospital they said I owe money, but had to leave a call back number.

I do believe it is a collection group. I got a call from them for a past employee. She has not worked here for 9 months. Maybe time to catch up.

They wake me up in the morning and after I go to bed...call every 15 min some days....rude...will not Identify themselves or their company until "I" give them personal information....how do they have the right to invade my privacy.

Have you tried blocking them?

Blocking them? Hell, has she tried suing them? A call pattern like that is hard not to paint as "annoying / harassing" per FDCPA. Wonder if they're calling outside default hours besides?

Got a call from Karen Marshall at this number.  Did not answer as number was unknown to me.  The call was for Robert Thompson who she was trying to reach.  Asked that he return her call.  Extension given to the 800 number was 4009.  Don't know how she got my cell number.

I never answer a call I don't recognize or whos ID is blocked.  The woman leaving the message says she's Emily Spence and that this is not a solicitation, it's regarding a business matter.   They don't ask for me by name and they don't identify who's really calling.
I've gotten calls from once a week, to several times a week.  And if it's a bill collector,  I haven't received a bill for anything that I'm not already paying.

called 5 times in the last 6 days (they also use 1-888-477-0775.  state they don't know if I'm the person who has a debt.  I've left 2 messages that I have no debt and they still keep robo calling with the canned message
