Called with "Toll Free Call" on the caller ID (which is always a huge red flag). No message left, and no answer when I called the number back, which I did out of curiosity.  All research on this number returns "not a valid number" or "not a valid exchange" for 800-864-. Obviously a spoofed number, which means they're not legitimate.  Blocking them.

doing a health survey of some kind

Caller said they were doing a health survey and personal information would protected.  Yea right.  Would not identify themselves since my caller ID only displayed the 1-800 number.  So told the person I was not interested and hung up.

Two calls two days in a row from this number.  I didn't answer because it came up as a toll free number.

Caller I'd said toll free called, picked it up anyway. Was a survey about United Healthcare from a panel named Ipsos which I happen to be a member of. Answered questions and none were personal.

Received call right at 9:00 PM at the beginning of Republican Debate. Might have been an elderly woman in a rumpled pants suit calling!
