I called back and there was a message about "card services"?

I called back but the phone at the other end was dead.

they call at least 10 times a day but they never leave a message.

This may be coming from Detection.Net Corporation, Saint Augustine, FL 32066. Their local FL number is 904-716-6400. No address given. The Switchboard listing shows them as "Investigation Services, Private Investigators, Detective Agencies, Private Detectives". When I call the 800-number there is 1 ring and then dead air.

When I call this number they answer as HSBC Card Services.  They call multiple times a day.  The number shows up on the caller id but since they hange up after the first ring there is no incoming call record.  These guys no how to abuse the system without getting caught.  I am adding a call blocking device to my phone that is programmable to exclude specific numbers.  This may be the only way to block them.

I receive calls from this number -- with never anyone on the line -- about 10-15 times per day.  This has been going on for s few months.  I have been told by my phone company (Time Warner Digital Service) that they cannot block a number.

receiving calls from this number into north central WV; returned call and auto phone error msg reports this number "cannot be called from this area".

They are getting really annoying.  They call about 10 times a day.  Even on Sunday mornings.

Trying to collect on a past due Household Bank credit card.

Very frustrating!!! There must be something that can be done about these [***]!!! We do not have an outstanding debt with HSBC if that is in fact who is calling. Regardless of who it is it is beyond annoying! If No one responds when I answer the call so what is the point in dialing my number? Aggravating

I was getting calls from this number several times a day for a week. Finally answered. They asked for me by name, I asked who was calling before I would answer. They would not say, then they hung up. This occurred three times now. They call, I answer, they ask if it's me, I ask who is calling first. They refuse to say who they are and only that "it is a financial matter". They keep hanging up when I insist they tell me who they are before I will verify it is the person they are asking for.

Sounds like total scam to me. I have a zero balance with CapitalOne so this has nothing to do with me owing any balance, etc.

I get calls from this number numerous times a day with no messages left.  Very frustrating..expecially when it is my cell phone that they are calling

It's definitely HSBC.  We're waiting for our payment to post, and they keep calling nonstop about 10 times a day.  It's exhausting.  I finally picked up the phone and let them know their check was in the mail.  Irritating idiots.  They certainly know how to bug people.

I'd been getting several calls a day from this number. I don't even know who they are and what they may want from me.

Yes it is HSBC also known as Orchard Bank. They are a credit card company.

Ok these people keep calling me from this number stating that they are looking for a "Patricia" I don't know these people, I don't have a credit card, and my name is not Patricia. But when I continually tell them this, they just hang up on me and call right back. 7 times in 4  hours

Even today, Mother's Day!!!

I have tried to block this number as i have a right to do, and they somehow are able to call my home. They call my house about 10 times a day and harrass my family. I have had it. I want this stopped.
