Man with Indian accent trying to talk to me about a lower rate on a VA mortgage.

Why do phone companies keep giving phone numbers to these rip off jerk companies?  I am so sick of this garbage.

I have started receiving calls from this number now.  800-866-6009 is listed with a company called Commercial Property Consultants in Scottsdale, AZ.  Got no need for anything they are trying to sell.  Emailed a CEASE & DESIST ORDER to their COO Sharon whatever, and filed the reports with FCC & DNC.  Beyond that, entered the number into my telemarketer database so that it's blocked from now on with a SIT tone and message to STOP CALLING.  Just a nuisance from now on.

I don't know who the company is because no one ever answers the phone, even if I pick up the phone after one ring.  There is always a hang-up.  What good is the National Do Not Call Registry if these [***] keep calling and hanging up on me?

The company is blowing up my phone today, calling about every 15 minutes (4X so far this morning).  The AZ BBB has an alert posted for this company that it may no longer be in business.  This may be a spoofed 800 number, I am not answering to find out.  Love Telemarketer Blocker!

Got a call from this number, They asked if I was (they slaughtered my name) I said I guess so, they asked again pronouncing my name wrong in yet another way. I said I wanted to know who was calling, and the woman said "You M....r F....er, if you don't want to get a call then don't answer the phone" she then hung up or put me on hold. Some how she tied up my line for the next couple minutes with dead air. I want to do something about this in the worst way.

I have filed a complete report on this Bi**H with the Missouri AG's Office. I would advise everyone who gets a call from this worthless piece of s**t to do the same.

Caller was female with oriental accent. Was attempting to sell refinancing of VA loan. She did not identify herself or the organization she represents. However, she had all the necessary information about me, including my name, and the fact that I have a VA loan.

A search on the internet resulted in a listing under:

During the call on 03/21/12, my wife informed her twice that we were not interested, but she would not take 'no' for an answer. She was insistent and belligerent, and my wife terminated the call.

On 03/26/12, she called back, and I answered the call. When I asked if this was a sales call, she said 'no' (a lie) and proceeded to ask about my VA loan. I realized it WAS a sales call intended to secure refinancing of my loan, and I attempted to tell her I was on the No Call list. She became rude and belligerent, saying "How many times do I have to tell you this isn't a sales call?!" At this point I firmly stated I wanted to be removed from her list, and terminated the call.

I have filed a complete report with the Missouri AG's office. They're pretty draconian when it comes to enforcing the No Call laws. I wouls advise anyone who gets a call from this number to report it to your state attorny general's office.

I just got another call from these people and asked them what the call was about, stated (again-I know they called before) that we were not interested and hung up. THEY CALLED BACK FOUR TIMES until I answered the phone again!!!!! the girl was rude, ignorant and refused to give me to her supervisor. We are on the do not call list!!! ARRRRRRRRRRRRRGGHHH!

This is not the correct contact information. The persons using 800 866-6009 are using a 800 number spoof. The information below is legit and not connected to the scammers.

At 2:39PM on Tuesday March 27, 2012 I received a call from number 800 866 6009.  A person with an (Asian) Indian accent in poor english attempted to sell me a "US loan advisory".  I interrupted her with the information that the number she called is on a DO NOT CALL List.  They are to never call again.

I reported them to the BBB.

possibly calling from India and spoofing the 800#.

I called the 800 back and received a message the number was not in service.

Hope the BBB can shut down these duckers.

The BBB cannot shut anybody down they are NOT a government agency, they are paid business rating service.

I send a letter today to the attorney generals office on this company. I had a lady with an India accent call me all kinds of names and threatened me. I got a call from that number again today but I did not answer. I'm going to wait til I get a recording device so I can record her this time.

This number used to call once or twice a day. Now they literally call every 15 minutes for a couple hours up to 10 times a day. I don't answer the phone but I still have to jump up to check the caller ID to see who is calling which is annoying. I don't understand why they keep calling when they see that I won't answer. And they never leave a message. Hopefully this will die out just like all the other numbers that used to call frequently but then stopped but for now I'm cursing this company.

My lines are also burning up coming from this #, however someone finally answered. I couldn't hardly understand what she was saying. I asked "what?" She started yelling very loud, "Can you hear me now?" Yelling this over and over again. Finally I had to yell back, "I can hear you just fine, I can't understand what you were saying!"  She told me, "SHUT UP, SHUT UP!" I asked her what her name was and she told me she didn't have a name.  I hung up.  The calls are coming in closer together ever since!!!  We're ready to shut down our land line!

these jerkaroodees call almost daily and at least a couple times a day. noirmaly silence for several seconds then a hang up by the caller.
I have called my phone company which is comcast. what a joke calling them. they can not do any thing so it seems except keep me on the phone them selves wasting my time. then I get call back for a survey from them. after the survey another call within a week asking why I think they sux.
any way. I would love to find out who this 800 number belongs to. and be able to directly contact them. as others have doine, I tried calling the number and get a recording that it is an invalid number.

How and to whom do I report unwanted calls?

Yep, lots of calls here as well.  Wonder how I got on their "suckers list"?
When I see the number on the caller ID I just hit the talk button once on the remote handset to answer and hit it again 1/2 second later to hang up.  Always near a handset so it isn't a big deal.
Almost always now days they are forging the caller ID.
