800-870-2844

Received an automated call saying NV Energy will be disconnect my electric for nonpayment. Called the real NV Energy and was informed I had a zero balance. Called (800)870-2844 and pressed option 1 for payments. Line was transferred and was instructed to call  800-419-0103 to make payments. Called (800)419-0103 spoke to a lady briefly after giving her a fake account number and phone number she put me on hold and never came back on the line. Called back and spoke to Dan Adam's supposedly from NV Energy. Dan disconnect the call after taking my again fake account number. So I called back again, and again, and again, and again. They finally got sick of me and put all the numbers I called from in a transfer loop. The phone will ring but not the typical ring, more of a doubled ring. You know you succeeded when they do this to you. These people are below the scum of the Earth but that's not really fair to the actual scum of the Earth.

Received a call stating that my electric service was past due and I was going to be experiencing a disconnection in 30 min. if I didn't call immediately. I called my electric comp. and upon talking to them I didn't owe a bill this was a SCAM!!!

They call our business saying they are from PNM and will disconnect our electricity of we don't call 1-800-870-2844 and pay immediately. It's a scam call. Do not call that number and pay.

Said they were calling from Consumers Energy.and we would be disconnected in 30 minutes.  Called the number and was told that my account was fine... I asked why did they call me then.  ( no response)  Then asked to speak to a manager ( none available)..  Then they hung up on me.... I called back.and the "supervisor" said I had a very rude education, ( I guess because I kept calling back!)  Called the real consumers energy and gave them the info and phone number.
