Number poped up on my safari and wouldn't let me have Internet access. As the  Conversation when I own I realize some things I did not trust and started asking question. The  girl  who was foreign got defensive and asked why I was wasting her time. Love it her time and she then hung up. After this I contacted my phone  provider and they had no record of this issue.
