    This scammer claims to be AT&T but is using a RingCentral phone number.  Also, only 2 people in the office there.  I called enough times to know only 2 people are there.

    I called them and asked where they are located and this time they said Los Angeles California.
    I said "I thought you are in Riverside?"
    They said "We have 2 offices."
    I asked "Why do I get the same 2 people on the phone every time I call??"
    There was no satisfactory answer to any of the questions I asked.

    This is clearly a scammer pretending to be AT&T.
