Note: This number is close to Home Depot's Customer service number on my credit card (800-"6"77-0232) not
(800-"8"77-0232) The small lettering sized number 6 is easily confused for  an 8. Dirty Telemarketing trick. This wasted my time.

This happened to me today...tired old eyes...finally dug out the magnifying glass and figured out that HD's line didn't get hijacked after all.

This happened to me today.  Thought the 6 was an 8 and not sure what the company was but it wasn't Home
Depot. I hung up right away when no company name was given when the call went through.  I'm concerned that I will start receiving robocalls from this number.

Same here - home depot - small lettering bad eyes - thought it was odd that i was hearing all these commercials - then google searched and saw the number 6 in the google results and I was dialing an 8 - [***]

Hey, Home Depot, your new cards have imprinted the Customer Service phone number to an unreadable size.  Mice type that even mice cant read.  So yes, if you type one illegible number to talk to HD customer service, you get a scammer.  They even ask you if you can hear them.  If you say Yes...you are in their trap.  So HD....get it together for your customers and your biz sake.  Enlarge the card phone number. Plain n simple.

Called this number by mistake thinking I was calling Home Depot.  This number is a scam and asking if you can hear her.   All they were waiting for is to hear my "yes" answer.   Then she said she will transfer me and we got disconnected (from their end).   DO NOT ANSWER "Yes you can hear them".    This number needs to be shut down.  I reported it also to Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
