Looking for a female who gave them this number.  I have had the same cell number for over 10 years.

Debt collector agreed to ppayment to close accrue paid it now they want the rest breaking their agreement

This is Signet Jewlery (owner of Kays, Jareds etc)  they started spam calling me today regarding signing up for bill pay reminders.  I'm assuming if they handle spam calling their credit card holders they probably also handle the collections.  I had to call 5+ times because they kept pulling the, "Hello? are you there? I can't hear you..." and then disconnecting if they couldn't find the account quickly. stupid call centers.

These people are stupid they keep calling my house They are scammers never again am I going to Kay Jewlers I am going to Zales.

I set up a payment arrangement over the phone. I gave my checking/routing information. Ten days later, the money has not been withdrawn, and I 'm starting to feel like I was being scammed. When I called the phone number back to speak to someone, the automated voice asked for my social security number (not the account number), so I hung up. Has anyone else had this problem?
