This number called my private residence at 6:15 am no one was there either time they called so I called back and they had no idea who had called

This number appeared on bank statement line item for a payment.  It reads "Physician Pmt...800-877-5678".
Comparing this with health insurance statement with same dollar amount, it's a medical billing firm that doctors use to bill patients.  The insurance statement said the actual doctor's name while the bank transaction said Physician Pmt.

We were told this was payment for a doctor I had during a recent surgery. That Doctor's office have never heard of these people or received a dime from them. This phone number is for a medical software company. We can not reach anyone at this place to get and explanation...or refund!
