Don't know who they were or what they wanted no message left.

They told me they would send a voucher refund.  Asked me to pay a $300 penalty fee. I gave them my credit card to get the $1098. Travel voucher but They never issued & when I called they had no record & no such person. Hung up on me

I booked a flight through United Airlines and I was given  this number to pay a cancellation fee of 300.00 to maintain my 590.00 credit voucher.
when it came time to rebook they quoted me a ticket over double the original price plus an additional 200.00 reinsuing fee when I began questioning "Chris became extremely aggressive and rude" He hung up om me.
i am now on the line with umited airlines i have explained that i have already paid a 300.00 cancellation fee and now there is a 200.00 rebooking fee. How is this possible. on a 590.00 ticket you pay 500.00 to rebook?
